Stock Information

Stock located at our Billericay store is not available for dispatch and can only be purchased in person at that location.

If you have placed a preorder through our website (as detailed in your confirmation email), or if our Customer Service team has informed you that an item on your order is currently out of stock and only available at our Billericay store, we will be unable to dispatch this item from that location.

In such instances, your order will remain on preorder status until the item becomes available at Berners Hall store, which serves as our sole dispatch location.

As we operate two physical retail stores, customers may view certain products in person prior to purchase. For this reason, some product packaging (including boxes, seals, or bags) may be opened solely for display and inspection purposes.

In such cases, any item supplied in opened or resealed packaging remains brand new, unused, and in original condition. Products are only briefly removed from their packaging to allow in-store viewing (including, but not limited to, reels and clothing items) and are subsequently carefully repackaged to a retail-standard condition prior to sale or dispatch.

XTRA subscriptions are non-refundable. Once the payment is processed, no reimbursements or returns will be accepted. XTRA does not auto-renew so at the end of the 12-month subscription period, manual renewal is required to continue enjoying the benefits.

If your order includes a preorder item, it's important to acknowledge that this might affect the delivery date. Please check your confirmation email, and if a preorder is included, contact us at info@totalfishingtackle.com to authorise a partial dispatch of your order. Failure to contact us will lead to the complete order being dispatched once the preorder item is in stock.
